We currently ship within Japan only.
We are considering expanding to international shipping in stages.

Shipping fees

Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu

Free shipping nationwide.

All of Hokkaido and all of Okinawa Prefecture

Shipping is 3,300 yen (tax included).

Carriers

Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
At present, deliveries are made mainly by Fukuyama Transporting.
Depending on the product, delivery address, and shipping conditions, we may use another carrier such as Sagawa Express.
The carrier is designated by our store.
* We are unable to accept carrier requests from customers.

About shipping

As a rule, we ship on the next business day after your order and payment are confirmed.
* The manufacturer's warehouse is closed on weekends, national holidays, the year-end and New Year period, and during extended holiday periods, so shipping takes place on the next business day (for example, an order placed on Friday ships on Monday).
* Some special-order and pre-order products follow the shipping estimate stated on the product page.

Specifying a delivery date and time

We are currently unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date or time.
* If specifying a delivery date and time becomes available, we will let you know on the selection screen at checkout or on the product page.

Estimated delivery time

After shipping, delivery takes from one to several days depending on your area.
* The number of days may vary for Hokkaido and Okinawa, or due to weather and traffic conditions.

Refusal of receipt and prolonged absence

If you are unable to receive your parcel before the carrier's storage period expires, it will be returned to our store.
In this case, please note that the return shipping cost, the reshipping cost, and the round-trip shipping cost in the event of cancellation will be borne by the customer.
